About "The Green Research Project"
In April 2023, Esteem Publication launched pilot for our Research project by the name “The Green Research Project.” In October 2023 we successfully concluded our pilot and are planning to launch this project on a large scale. To give a brief, our main aim for this project is to promote Climate change research amongst young students at an early stage in their under graduate years.
We intent to have a student club in major universities, and these clubs will focus on conducting studies/research in the domain of climate change and we will facilitate students at every single stage, providing them with resources and training on how research is done and also providing a medium to publish these studies after its reviewed by qualified faculties in that field of studies.
In 2020, Vedant Bhrambhatt our Research Head for this project gave a TEDx talk, on integrating psychology in the field of climate change awareness. Central idea for this talk was to switch our focus on alternative ways of fighting climate change. Over the past three years, this idea had matured and “The Green Research Project” is the first step towards integrating climate change and psychology. This pilot project was concluded successfully, with a team of 22 Research associates in the Maharaja Sayajirao University. We intent to reach out to more universities and students who can join us in this initiative.
